The Nike Dunk Low SP “Veneer” is a nostalgic colorway culled from Nike’s Co.Jp archives that was given a wide scale release in November 2020. The “Veneer” was originally one of three Dunks included in the “Ugly Duckling Pack,” a Japan-only release in 2001. It released alongside the “Plum” and "Ceramic" colorways, both of which were also brought back in 2020. The "Veneer" edition returns in true-to-original form as the same supple Autumn Green overlays appear on the forefoot, eyelets, collar, and heel. Brown or Veneer suede encompasses the perforated toe, mid-panel, nylon tongue, and collar. A contrasting shade of Court Purple on the laces and on the buttery suede Swoosh on either side adds a pop of color against the previously mentioned suede panels. Finishing touches include green Nike embroidery on the purple suede heel overlay, a white rubber midsole, and purple outsole. Release date: November 10, 2020.
